Background Nicole has a natural gift for cultivating community. When she embarked on her career as a paralegal, she relished in the minutiae of clauses but quickly grew to love the collaborative nature of the profession. Nicole followed her generative prowess to RAPP in her present role as Director of DE&I where she continues to build a clear, equitable path forward to success for employees and communities affected by client work alike, ensuring that all voices are seen and heard. 

Why I'm at RAPP One of the things that led me to RAPP is the agency’s overwhelming commitment towards infusing everything we do with DE&I. That means focusing on client work, through the incredible strategies being developed by our Diversity Strategy team and outlining a comprehensive and progressive overall DE&I plan. 

Background Chris leads our Marketing Science offering for RAPP’s East Region. He’s an 18-year veteran in all things omnichannel analytics with experiences across paid, earned, and owned media channels.   

Having led multiple data science and analytics teams, Chris brings the unique balance between technical and data storytelling skills to the RAPP East family, ensuring insights and data drive real action for all our clients. 

Chris earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Background Morgan leads program management capability for RAPP East with a focus on the intersection of our people, process, and tools. She has deep experience operationalizing data driven marketing on behalf of large global clients across many sectors – including technology, financial services, and luxury. Prior to RAPP, Morgan spent over a decade at Ogilvy where she helped build the agency’s program management organization and led digital transformation initiatives for fortune 100 clients.

Background Ed is a strategic leader who is happiest when working to find creative solutions to complex marketing challenges. His background spans digital, direct, social and brand agencies, but he’s most at home in the world of customer experience. Since starting his career in London he’s become an honorary New Yorker, spending the past decade in NYC leading CX teams at agencies such as MRM//McCann and Wunderman.

Background Vipul has over 20 years' experience, leading high-performance technology teams across the US, UK, Europe and India. He's led multiple Fortune 500 organizations in their Digital Transformation journeys and system modernization initiatives and brings with him, vast functional knowledge from Financial, Energy, Telecommunication, Consulting, Hospitality and Public sector domains.

Why I'm At RAPP Technological innovation is driving disruption in most industries today. RAPP prides itself on being an early adopter of Technology and uses it to achieve positive business outcomes through its Digital Marketing and Customer Journey mapping efforts. Working at RAPP allows me to build and lead teams that experiment with cutting-edge technologies and use data to predict behavior and model business outcomes.

Background Jenna oversees RAPP’s financial operations for the New York and Chicago offices. She has been with RAPP since 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in the marketing industry. She has worked across a wide spectrum of categories ranging from healthcare to telecom to financial services. Jenna began her career in client management which gives her a unique perspective and ability to be a strategic business partner while maintaining focus on the financial success of the region.

Background At the intersection of design and creative direction, Marga has expertise delivering award-winning and effective 360º campaigns. She has worked for advertising agencies, non-profit organizations, cultural institutions, schools, and even a record label — you name it, she has done it. From packaged goods to pharma, from politics to pedagogy, Marga always infuses passion and hard work into everything she does. 

Why I'm at RAPP I keep learning every day. I love big ideas, telling stories, and great design. When you add the power of personalization to each of these, it results in data-worthy creativity that can connect humans to our brands.  

Background Dylan has been a part of the RAPP family since 2016 serving as an HR business partner. In his role, he gets to touch all facets of HR from people operations, career development, and employee engagement to leading overall strategic people initiatives for our East region. Prior to diving into the marketing and advertising industry, Dylan gained his experience working with an environmental non-profit.

Background Pete has spent the last 15 years at RAPP, leading account teams in both London and New York.  His vertical experience includes non-profit, telco, insurance, technology and financial services.  He now leads RAPP’s client service team in the East region, responsible for ensuring we deliver best-in-class leadership for our diverse portfolio of clients; while building the skills and capabilities of our teams to deliver on RAPP’s promise of utterly focusing on the individual. 

Why I'm at RAPP Honestly, I couldn’t imagine having worked anywhere else for the last 15 years.  RAPP is somewhere I can always be myself; and work with others who are being themselves, too.  The team is kind and smart but also very grounded – we learn from each other every day, but with no pretention or ego.  All the while, we focus on our teams, our clients, and their customers as individuals.  What’s not to love!  

Background Dawn brings 20+ years of experience leading HR/talent functions at various large and growing companies within the advertising and media industries. She oversees talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, engagement, HR operations and more to ensure optimal candidate and employee experience. She is passionate about helping to create and support a culture where people can be their true selves and are motivated to do their best work at all times to achieve their own goals. Dawn lives in New Jersey with her husband and son and loves the art of dance.  

Why I'm at RAPP In HR, we are always thinking about how we can attract and retain the very best talent out there. When you believe in the brand, and its leaders, it feels very natural to be able to do that.
