Background I have worked over a decade in the marketing analytics space, with extensive experience in measurement, analysis, and targeting. At RAPP, I lead the marketing sciences practice out of the West region supporting CRM/retention, site, and media/acquisition client engagements.   

I have also worked at data & analytic vendors focusing on CPG, media, and retailer data and have served in a number of cross-functional roles within analytics and delivery, strategy and insights, and client services.   

Why I'm at RAPP What drew me to RAPP in the first place was the strong emphasis on bringing marketing sciences to the forefront in building the relationship with customers and brands.  

What continues to draw me to RAPP today is not just the commitment to marketing sciences, but also working with super talented and smart folks who are passionate about their work.  

Background With a background in traditional CRM and eight years as a Customer Experience strategist, Megan is focused on creating lasting connections between customers and the brands they love. Having worked across almost every agency department from Account Management to Strategy to Front End Development, Megan brings a holistic understanding of go-to-market operations resulting in expert direction of staff, prioritization of workload and negotiation of client demands to deliver high-quality, on-time and in-budget products at all times.

Background Hamish is best known for solving creative problems… and creatively solving problems. He started his ad adventure 25 years ago in a rogue New York agency, writing mind-altering copy and being the body model for various Joe Camel illustrations. Yes, that Joe Camel. In his five years at RAPP, he has leveraged his award-winning expertise in financial, automobile, membership, and other categories to push the team (and clients) to create great, smart work.

Background Dave leads the technology, data, and campaign development workstreams for RAPP West clients with teams of end-to-end engineering, campaign management, QA & DevOps.   

He builds on many years of agency experience developing innovative, data-intensive, and high-performance marketing technology implementations for clients in the financial services, automotive and consumer goods sectors.   

Dave thrives developing teams and contributing hands-on to fulfill clients’ business objectives with solutions that balance the tried and true with the latest techniques and technologies.

Background Molly joined RAPP San Francisco in August 2017 as part of an Omnicom-driven merger and brings with her more than 18 years of experience managing data-inspired and response-driven marketing programs for a roster of global brands. Her business acumen and innate passion for people make her someone you want on your team – she lives at the intersection of insights, empathy, and action, and believes building genuine relationships is the key to success both in marketing and in life.

Background Kristen explored a variety of paths across three countries before embracing happiness in marketing services. In the 20 years since, she’s collaborated with clients and teams to deliver work for a wide range of global brands and verticals.

Today, with extensive experience in agency operations, data-driven marketing, project management, and digital execution across media and platforms, Kristen specializes in the sweet spot where people, process & money meet, with an eye towards change management and organizational growth.

Background Mena started her career in public accounting at Novogradac & Company. From the real estate development industry, she transitioned into a direct marketing agency. Now, with 9+ years in the advertising and marketing industry, she leads the finance department in RAPP San Francisco.
